Sales Taxes

We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within New Zealand. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country.

SHIPPING
We arrange shipping on your behalf. Generally, we can not accept claims that result from late delivery, deteriation or damage en-route, as these are matters outside of our direct control.

For overnight deliveries, orders must be place by noon of the day of despatch to catch the 2.00pm courier

RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from lilies.co.nz are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

SUBSTITUTIONS
We reserve, at all times, the right to substitute the nearest equivalent variety, colour or grade to that actually ordered. No claims will be accepted where we have substituted in good faith to meet the total number of stems required in your order.

REFUND POLICY
Claims must be notified within 24hrs. We will, at our descretion replace damaged or inferior product when the fault is ours. We may require photographic evidence or product return in support of claims. No refunds will be issued.  See Terms and Conditions for further details.
