ANNA'S FUNERAL (Added 26th Jan 2012)

The funeral for Anna Pidduck will be held at the Trinity St Paul Church, Queen Street, Cambridge commencing at 11.00am. The Nursery will be closed from lunchtime Friday 27th January.

AUCKLAND ANNIVERSARY DAY (Added 25th Jan 2012)

Next Monday, 30th January is Auckland Anniversary Day. The nursery will be closed that day and all Monday orders will be processed and dispatched on Tuesday 31st January.

ANNA PIDDUCK 29/01/1966 - 24/01/2012 (Added 25th Jan 2012)

It is with great shock and sadness that we must inform you of the sudden death of Anna Pidduck, our customer service representative. Anna had recently taken on the role vacated when Shirley Pluck retired late last year. Many of you will have spoken with Anna over the phone and will know that she was relishing her new role.

Anna was killed in a car accident yesterday morning, while taking her son Jacob (Jake) to the School Holiday Program in Cambridge. He remains in a serious condition in Starship Hospital. We extend our condolences and thoughts to Anna's family and wish Jake a speedy recovery.

DUE TO UNEXPECTED CIRCUMSTANCES THE NURSERY IS CLOSED UNTIL WEDNESDAY 25TH JANUARY. WE APOLOGISE FOR ANY INCONVIENIENCE (ADDED TUES 24TH JANUARY)

DAVID AND ANNE ON ANNUAL LEAVE (Added 21 Jan 2012)

David and Anne are on annual leave until Tuesday 31st January. During this time the office will be largely unattended. WEDDING ORDERS (Added 15 Jan 2012)

The Wedding Season is well under way and as we all know Weddings and Lilies can be a major headache! To assist us to assist you, please remember to order any wedding lilies well in advance (at least the week before) and remember to tell us that the order is for a wedding and when the wedding is, so we can mark the order as "special attention" and make sure we supply lilies that will open in time.

NEW PRODUCT LINE (Added 10 Jan 2012)

The red L/A lily Original Love is one of our most popular varieties and we often struggle to match supply with demand. To help address this we have introduced a new grade for this variety - L/A Original Love 1 bud. The single large red flower looks fantastic in many arrangements!

The website is working well and most customers are now using it regularly to place orders or manage their standing orders. If you are having trouble we are more than happy to talk you through over the phone. We have noticed one or two teething problems which we will sort out in the New Year.
